AuxiliaGroup have today announced a merger with Curran HR, which is a leading HR consultancy services business based in Newbridge, County Kildare. This is the second merger within a 12-month period as AuxiliaGroup itself was formed through a merger of Auxilia Consultants and the Grey Matters Network in April 2022.
Pauline Curran will also join the Board of AuxiliaGroup as an Executive Director of the company with responsibility for the HR services division.
According to Paul Ryan CEO “this is an exciting move for us at AuxiliaGroup as we expand our offering to include hands-on HR support to our clients. As a people placement business, the services of Curran HR are very complementary to what we do, and we are delighted to welcome Pauline Curran and her team into the Group.”
Prior to this merger AuxiliaGroup and Curran HR were collaborating to support each other’s extensive client base and this merger is a natural progression of the excellent relationship developed with Pauline Curran and the team in Curran HR.
Pauline Curran adds “This merger will allow us to offer a broader range of business support to our clients through AuxiliaGroup’s comprehensive panel of over 700 experienced senior-level professionals. This is an exciting new journey for us all; our next chapter!”
The Curran HR team have relocated to the AuxiliaGroup offices, and it coincides with the physical expansion of the business, with AuxiliaGroup taking a second office unit in Millennium Park, Naas earlier this year.
AuxiliaGroup is advancing its HR capability to support and assist clients to improve their people performance, retention and engagement.
