As the business scaled, Auxilia Group supported MSL in raising finance and provided finance professionals on an interim basis to supplement the in-house Finance team. At the right time Auxilia Group then supported the recruitment process for the placement of a permanent Finance Director.
Through strategic business planning, Auxilia Group supported MSL in their expansion into the UK and have assisted in the acquisition of a new business in the UK, including business planning, fundraising, and conducting due diligence.
The company has reached it’s 5 year targets in just 3 years and Auxilia Group continue to input into key strategic projects critical to the growth of the business.
