We are currently supporting a client in a Series A fundraising project, to raise €4m+ to fund international expansion. We have provided expert support in the form of business planning, Investment Memorandum preparation, financial projections, due diligence and advisory services, to support the transaction.

We worked with John Sisk and Son to rethink the back office operating model, processes and procedures that support the business. We partnered with the HR Team to develop a fit for purpose Recruit to Retire model. We completely changed 7 payroll processes and brought the function inhouse. In addition, we reviewed the systems that underpin the HR Function and eliminated many of the wastes in the processes. Sisk now have a robust process for the end-to-end transformation of business processes.
