Tony’s career spans over 35 years in the ICT sector, which commenced in the pre-internet days as a computer engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation (now part of HP). It culminated in Global roles at senior director level, business and operational leadership roles at Dell EMC.
An established leader with a reputation as a ‘doer’ and a ‘go to’ person across multiple disciplines, Tony has a proven ability to work effectively with people at every level and across all functional areas.
Significant achievements include building and leading a 300 +person international support centres at both DEC/Compaq and at Dell EMC.
Tony is trained on various coaching techniques and certified on the Emergenetics psychometric toolset.
Tony co-founded The Grey Matters Network with Mick Furlong and Declan Hughes in 2015, which subsequently merged with Auxilia Consultants to form AuxiliaGroup in 2022.
