The Challenge
As FLI Global continued to scale, a Division of FLI Group needed to develop a HR function to support the leadership team and to deliver some key strategic people and culture initiatives.
The FLI Group wanted to recruit a Sustainability Manager to set and drive with the Executive team
the Sustainability Strategy for the Group.
