Michael has almost 30 years’ experience in FMCG Operations & Supply Chain Management and prior to joining what is now known as Valeo Foods has worked with Rowntree Mackintosh and Nestle. During his career, Michael has managed most business functions including Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, HR, Quality, Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment, Inventory, Customer Service, Insurance, H&S and Facilities Management.
Michael established Auxilia Consultants in 2017 to deliver a more meaningful and supportive consultancy offering, and was later joined by Paul Ryan in 2020. Auxilia Consultants merged with The Grey Matters Network to form AuxiliaGroup in 2022. Michael continues to have an instrumental role in the operation and delivery of services of the company.
